ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. � 2 4 6 5 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />ALBION <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SF 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Albion, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 14; thence <br />S 890 47' F, 683.84 feet along the South line of the SE 1/4 of Sec- <br />tion 14; thence N 050 12' W, 294.0 feet along the centerline of Hill- <br />side Road to the point of beginning; thence continue N1 050 12' W, 350.0 <br />feet along said centerline; thence S 85° 04' W; 377.50 feet; thence <br />S H° 13' W, 314.56 feet; thence S 89° 47` E, 409.0 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUN 14 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
