ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2468 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg <br />amended to include in the R--1 Residence <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Fitchburg, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the centerline of CTH "D" that is 363.0 feet <br />South of the Eastwest quarter line of said Section 21; thence West <br />parallel with said quarter line 396.0 feet; thence Southwesterly along <br />a line that is parallel to the centerline of said CTH "D" to a point <br />that is 693.0 feet South of said auarter line; thence East along a <br />line that is parallel to said auarter line 396.0 feet to the centerline <br />of said CTH "D"; thence Northeasterly along said centerline to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL 2 $ 1580 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
