ZONING ORDINANCE AIVENDMENT N0. 2425 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 IJV 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Cottage Grove, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at <br />the <br />South quarter corner <br />of <br />said Section 3; thence <br />N 00° 10' 14" <br />E along <br />the North-South <br />quarter <br />line 3283.35 feet; <br />thence S 89° <br />09' <br />50" W, 250.0 feet to <br />the <br />point of beginning; thence <br />N 000 10' 14" <br />E, <br />175.0 feet; thence S <br />89' <br />09' 50" W, 631.26 feet; <br />thence S 00" <br />10' <br />14" N 175.0 feet; thence <br />W 89° 04' 50" E, 631.26 <br />feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: tyjff 10 1930 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
