ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2478 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />CHRISTIANA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be <br />amended to include i n the R— 1 Residence & A-2 Agriculture District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 SV 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Christiana, <br />described as follows: <br />To R-1 Residence: <br />The West 150 feet of the South 290 feet of said E 1/2 NW 1/4 SV 1/4. <br />To A-2 Agriculture <br />Beginning at a point on the West line of said E 1/2 NW 1/4 SV 1/4 that <br />is 290 feet North of the South line of said E 1/2 NW 1/4 SV 1/4; thence <br />North along said West line to the Southerly right-of-way line of 1-90; <br />thence Sou easterly along said right-of-way line to the East line of <br />said E 1/2 NW 1/4 SV 1/4; thence South to the South line of said E 1/2 <br />NW 1/4 SV 1/4; thence West along said South line to a point that is 150 <br />feet East of the Southwest corner of said E 1/2 NW 1/4 SV 1/4; thence <br />North 290 feet; thence West 150 feet to the point of beginning. <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />th <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 8 Wo <br />
