ZONING ORDINANCE AIVENDNEM NO. 2481 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />PLEASANT SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #2719 as recorded on page 391 <br />in Volume 10 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane County Register of <br />Deeds Office and located in the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of <br />Pleasant Springs, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot #1; thence S 87° 45' 35" <br />W, 300 feet; thence N 00" 27' 47" W, 250 feet; thence N 87° 45' 35" E, <br />300 feet; thence S 00° 27' 47" E, 250 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AZG, 1 u 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
