ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2484 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />ROXBURY <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lot #2 of Certified Survey Map #431, as recorded on Page 217 in Volume <br />2 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane County Register of Deeds Office and is <br />located in the &V 1/4 &V 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Roxbury and is described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said &V 1/4 SV 1/4; thence West 194 feet <br />to the point of beginning; thence continue West 15 feet; thence North 75 feet; <br />thence East 15 feet; thence South 75 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: APR i o 1182 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
