ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2487 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLPNP <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the pH -1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Rutland, described <br />as follows: <br />Lot #1 of Certified Survey <br />Map #2261, as recorded on Page 76 in <br />Volume <br />9 of Certified <br />Survey Maps <br />in the Dane County Register of Deeds <br />Office; <br />also beginning <br />at the Southeast <br />corner of said Lot #1; thence N <br />00° 00' <br />06" W, 383.74 <br />feet; thence <br />S 84° 02' 36" E, 205.0 feet; thence S <br />00° 00' <br />06" E, 354.34 <br />feet; thence <br />S 87° 42' 59" W, 204.05 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL 2 9 1983 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
