ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2491 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />VE RONA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be <br />amended to include in the -'Rx-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Verona described as <br />follows: <br />Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map 1'931 as recorded on Page 170 in Volume <br />4 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane County Register of Deeds Office <br />This amendment shall be come effective, if within forty (40) days, <br />following adoption by the Dane County Board of Supervisors the <br />owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br />running i n favor of Dane County as w e 11 as owners of the land. <br />The premises may be used only for the keeping of pleasure horses <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 12 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
