ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2428 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />BLOOMING GRCVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 ME 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Blooming Grove, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 14; thence S 010 <br />27' 21" W, 1107.38 feet to the South right-of-way line of CTH "AB"; <br />thence N 86° 51' 39" W along said South right-of-way line 315.0 feet <br />to the point of beginning; thence S 17° 24` W, 102.16 feet; thence <br />South 100.0 feet; thence N 82° W, 290.0 feet; thence N 08° E, 200.0 <br />feet more or less to said South right-of-way line; thence Easterly <br />along said South right-of-way line 290.0 feet more or less to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE ; APR 12 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
