ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2508 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts i n the Town of <br />DANE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dane be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 7 and a part of the SW 1/4 W 1/4 <br />of Section 8, Town of Dane, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the West quarter of said Section 8; thence S 89° 33' 20" <br />E, 26.74 feet; thence N 00° 38' 30" W, 603.25 feet to the centerline of <br />Lee Road and the point of beginning; thence continue N 00° 38' 30" W, <br />379.55 feet; thence S 89° 21' 30" W, 252.82 feet; thence S 00° 38' 30" <br />E, 390.0 feet; thence N 89° 21' 30" E, 4.05 feet; thence along the are <br />of a curve concaved Northwesterly with a radius of 2850.75 feet and a <br />long chord that bears N 87° 20' 56" E, 199.88 feet to a point of tan- <br />gency; thence N 85' 20' 22" E, 49.14 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: SEP 13 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
