ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2516 The Dane County Board of Supervisors do ordain as follows: That Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances be amended as follows: 1_ Create a new ss 10.16 (1) (d) to read as follows: (d) In the Agriculture Districts: The production of fuel, using products or by products from a farm operation on the premises, is a permitted use incidental to the farm operation. Surplus fuel not needed for the farm operation may be sold as any other farm commodity. 2. Arruxl ss 10.12 (2) (d) and ss 10.126 (2) (d) to read as follows: (d) Buildings for private clubs, fraternities and associations provided such facili- ties are open to members only and do not provide a service which would normally be provided as.a. business and that such buildings be located not less than 100 feet from any lot in a residence district. 3. Anxxl ss 10.123 (10) (a) 1_ to read as follows: 1. Any lot or parcel shown in a preliminary subdivsion plat or a certified survey map which has been received for review by the agency prior to the effective date of any amendment shall have the same status as pre-existing lots as defined in paragraph 10.16 (3) Jb}, _Lal_ upon approval and recording of the plat ®-f or map. 4. Create a new ss 10.11 (2) (f) to read as follows: (f) Conference and convention centers. 5. Renumber ss 10.25 (5) (b) 1_ to ss 10.25 (5) (a) 2. 6. Create a new 10.25 (2) (g) t o read as follows: (g) Each day a non -permitted structure, building, addition, alteration or activity exists shall constitute a separate violation. A non -permitted structure, build- ing, addition, alteration or activity is one which requires the issuance of a permit under this ordinance but which permit has not been issued by the Zoning Administrator. 7.
