ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2516 <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors do ordain as follows: <br />That Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances be amended as follows: <br />1_ Create a new ss 10.16 (1) (d) to read as follows: <br />(d) In the Agriculture Districts: The production of fuel, using products or by <br />products from a farm operation on the premises, is a permitted use incidental <br />to the farm operation. Surplus fuel not needed for the farm operation may be <br />sold as any other farm commodity. <br />2. Arruxl ss 10.12 (2) (d) and ss 10.126 (2) (d) to read as follows: <br />(d) Buildings for private clubs, fraternities and associations provided such facili- <br />ties are open to members only and do not provide a service which would normally <br />be provided as.a. business and that such buildings be located not less than 100 <br />feet from any lot in a residence district. <br />3. Anxxl ss 10.123 (10) (a) 1_ to read as follows: <br />1. Any lot or parcel shown in a preliminary subdivsion plat or a certified survey <br />map which has been received for review by the agency prior to the effective date <br />of any amendment shall have the same status as pre-existing lots as defined in <br />paragraph 10.16 (3) Jb}, _Lal_ upon approval and recording of the plat ®-f or map. <br />4. Create a new ss 10.11 (2) (f) to read as follows: <br />(f) Conference and convention centers. <br />5. Renumber ss 10.25 (5) (b) 1_ to ss 10.25 (5) (a) 2. <br />6. Create a new 10.25 (2) (g) t o read as follows: <br />(g) Each day a non -permitted structure, building, addition, alteration or activity <br />exists shall constitute a separate violation. A non -permitted structure, build- <br />ing, addition, alteration or activity is one which requires the issuance of a <br />permit under this ordinance but which permit has not been issued by the Zoning <br />Administrator. <br />7. Amid ss 10.255 (2) (g) 1_ to read as follows: <br />1_ That the establishment, maintenance, or operation of the conditional use will not <br />be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, mega-ls; comfort, or <br />general welfare. <br />S. Amend ss 10.01 (9) to read as follows: <br />(9) Building Line: The building line shall be the point at which the building wall <br />or any appendage of the building such as steps, chimneys, decks, porches or <br />covered patios meet the ground.
