ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2644 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the Rx -1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Fitchburg, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 21, thence S 89° 02' 20" W, <br />767.85 feet to the point of beginning of this description, thence S 89° 02' 20" W, <br />422.65 feet; thence N 00° 24' E, 601.80 feet; thence S 82° 03' E, 438.56 feet, thence <br />S 86' 13' E, 60.00 feet; thence along a curve to the right which has a radius of 3274.04 <br />feet and a long chord that bears S 07° 13' 30" W, 393.10 feet; thence S 10° 40' W, 142.56 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: APR 11 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
