ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2653 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />MONIROSE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the SE 1/4 W 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Montrose, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the South quarter cornerof-said Section 1; thence; N 85° 25' W, 115.7 feet; thence <br />N 750 22' W, 307.82 feet; thence N 65° 19' W, 220.0 feet; thence N 75" 06' W, 354.16 feet; <br />thence N 84° 53' W, 100.1 feet; thence S 880 52' W, 249.18 feet; thence N 01° 15' E, 676.2 <br />feet to the center of Sayles Trail and the beginning of this description; thence S 87° 22' <br />E, 236.2 feet; thence S 70° 17' E, 205.0 feet; thence N 03° 23' E, 228.0 feet; thence N 87° <br />50' W, 283.9 feet to the center of Sayles Trail; thence S 421 48' 30" W along the center of <br />Sayles Trail 105.65 feet; thence along the center line of Sayles Trail on a curve to the <br />right, whose radius is 820.0 feet and whose long chord bears S 46° 58' W, 119.22 feet to <br />the point of beginning of this description. <br />EFFECTIVE: ri"v i v 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
