ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2658 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BERRY <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be <br />amended to include in the C-1 Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Berry, described as follows: Commencing <br />v at the West quartercorner of said Section 23; thence S 010 20' 20" E 90.0 feet; thence <br />S 280 28' 25" E 390.08 feet; thence N 5711 57' 10" E 1421.39 feet; thence S 0° 41' 35" E <br />189.55; feet thence N 520 14' 55" E 82.71 feet; thence N 00 41' 35" W 827.17 feet to the <br />Northeast corner of Lot #4 of Certified Survey Volume 10 Page 295; thence N 890 44' 10" E <br />380.0 feet; thence South 80.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 95.0 feet; <br />thence South 80.0 feet; thence West 95.0 feet; thence North 80.0 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
