ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2660 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />WESTPORT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the SE 1/4 SJV 1/4, Section 30, Town of Westport, as follows: Commencing <br />at the South quarter corner of said Section 30: thence West along the South line of <br />said SV 1/4 330.00 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue West along said <br />South line 200.00 feet; thence North 330.00 feet; thence East 200.00 feet; thence <br />South 330.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br />prepared for approval and recording. This amendment will become effective, if with- <br />in 60 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey <br />map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County <br />Register of Deeds. <br />Certified Survey Map #3707 as recorded in Volume 15 on Page 13.E of Certified Survey <br />Maps.
