ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2662 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MEDINA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be <br />amended to include in the Rx -i Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NW Z/4 of Section 13, Town <br />of <br />Medina, described as follows: <br />Commencing <br />at the South quarter corner of said Section <br />13; <br />thence N 00" 02' 25" E along <br />the North- <br />South one quarter line a distance of 2638.98 <br />feet to a point in the East-West <br />one quarter <br />line of said Section 13; thence N 00° 02' 25" <br />E <br />along the North-South one quarter line 311 <br />feet to the point of beginning; thence West <br />800 <br />feet; thence North 150 feet, <br />thence East <br />800 feet; thence South 150 feet to the point <br />of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: 'Rlf ? o n' -'m <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
