ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2678 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of FITCHBURG i The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be amended to include in the A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive), C-1 District the following described land: Commercial & R-1 Residence A 1 1 in part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Fitchburq, described as follows: To A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive): Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 31, thence South along the Section line 790.0 feet; thence S 74° E, 490.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 16° E, 100.00 feet; thence S 741 E, 84.0 feet; thence S 16° W, 100.0 feet thence N 74° W, 84.0 feet to the point of heginninq. To C-1 Commercial: Com- mencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 31: thence East 776 feet to the center- line of Borchert Road; thence Southwesterly 895 feet alonq the centerline of Borchert Road to the point of beginning of this description, thence continuing along the centerline of Borchert Road southwesterly 137 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles with the centerline of said road 215 feet; thence Northeasterly parallel with the centerline of said road 137 feet; thence southeasterly 215 feet to the point of beginning.
