ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2685 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BURKE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map No. #3400, Volume 13, Page 211, located in the <br />NE 1/4 9V 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Burke, described as follows: Commencing at the <br />South quarter corner of said Section 8; thence N 00° 18' 53" E 1321.28 feet to the South- <br />east corner of said Lot #1; thence N 87° 52' 49 W 325.00 feet along the South line of <br />said Lot #1 to the point of beginning; thence continue N 871 52' 49" W 160.00 feet; <br />thence N 02° 07' 11" E 125.00 feet; thence S 870 52' 49" E 160.00 feet; thence S 020 07' <br />11" W 125.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 15 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
