ZONING OPMINANCE AMENDPENT $2691 <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors do ordain as follows: <br />That Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances be amended to read as follows: <br />1. Create a new ss 10.01 (2a) to read as follows: <br />(2a) Agricultural Uses: Beekeeping, dairying, egg production; floriculture; fish or fur farm- <br />ing: forest and game management; grazing: livestock raising; orchards; plant greenhouses <br />and nurseries; poultry raising; raising of grain, grass, mint and seed crops; raising of <br />fruits, nuts, berries, sod farming and vegetable raising. <br />2. Create a new ss 10.01 (23a) to read as follows: <br />(23a) Governmental Uses: Shall include but not limited to parks, playgrounds, schools, hospi- <br />tals, police and fire stations, solid waste disposal sites and recreational areas. <br />3. Create a new ss 10.01 (lla) to read as follows: <br />(Ila) Cemetery: Shall include but not limited to cemeteries, mausoleums, columbarians, crema- <br />toriums and burial chapels. Shall be subject to section 157.06 of the Wisconsin Statutes. <br />4. Create a new ss 10.01 (30a) to read as follows: <br />(30a) Livestock shall include but not limited to cows, sheep, goats, hogs, draft horses, plea- <br />sure horses and ponies, mules and poultry. <br />5. Create a new ss 10.01 (51a) to read as follows: <br />(51a) Religious Uses: Shall include but not limited to churches, church related schools, con- <br />vents and monasteries. <br />6. Amend ss 10.02 to add RH-3 Rural Homes District following RH-I Rural Homes District. <br />7. Repeal. ss 10.,05 (1) (c). <br />8. Renumber ss 10.05 (1) (d) thru (9) to (e) thru (f) . <br />8a. Amend ss 10.05 (1) (c) to read as follows: <br />(c) Home occupationsr, as defined in ss 10.01 (25). <br />9. Amend ss 10.05 (2) (c) to read as follows: <br />(c) Cemeteries. when they eemply with the previsions of 6eetien 369:66 of the Wiseensin Ste- <br />tatae7 erematoriums end eelambarians. <br />10. Repeal ss 10.05 (2) (d) and recreate to read as follows: <br />(d) Governmental uses. <br />11. Repeal ss 10.05 (2) (f) and recreate to read as follows: <br />(f) Religious uses. <br />12. Amend ss 10.08 (1) (b) to read as follows: <br />(b) Multiple family dwellings:, condominiums. <br />13. Repeal ss 10.09 (1) (b) and recreate to read as follows: <br />(b) Agricultural uses, the number of livestock kept on a zoning lot in the RH-1 District shall <br />not exceed one animal unit for each full acre. <br />14. Repeal ss 10.09 (1) (e) . <br />15. Renumber ss 10.09 (1) (d) thru (f) to (e) thru (e). <br />16. Create a new ss 10.09 (2) (C) to read as follows: <br />(e) Governmental uses. <br />17. Create a new ss 10.09 (2) (d) to read as follows: <br />(d) Religious uses. <br />18. Create a new ss 10.092 to read as follows: <br />10.092 M-3 14 2AT, ILNIES DISTRICT -3 <br />(1) PER IITIED USES: <br />(a) All uses permitted in the RH-I Rural Homes District. <br />(2) CONDIITONAL USES: <br />(a) All conditional uses permitted in the RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br />(3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT: <br />(a) Shall be the same as the RH-I Rural Homes District. <br />(4) LOT W1DIH AND AREA: <br />(a) The minimum lot width shall be 150 feet to be measured at the front building line of <br />a residence, also ht the location of any accessory building for the housing of live- <br />stock. The minimum lot area shall be not less than 10 acres. <br />(5) LOT COVERAGE, SEII I CK REQT IREME TIS, SIDE YARD REQUIRIIVIQrTIS AND RFAR YARD REQT JIREME TIS <br />SHATL IU OF SAME AS TFE RH-1 RURAL HLNIES DISTRICT. <br />19. Create a new ss 10.10 (2) (e) to read as follows: <br />(e) Skeet, trap, rifle and pistol ranges. <br />
