ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2698 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />ALBION <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 11, Town of Albion, described as follows: Beginning <br />at the Northwest corner of said Section 11; thence Easterly along the North line of <br />said Section, 195.00 feet; thence Southerly, parallel with the west line of said Section, <br />223.38 feet; thence Westerly, parallel with aforesaid said North line, 195.00 feet to <br />the west line of said Section; thence Northerly along said west line, 223.38 feet to the <br />point of beginning of this description. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br />prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment w i 1 1 become effective, i f within 60 <br />days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that <br />describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register <br />of Deeds. <br />Document #1716681, Certified Survey Map #3764, recorded in Volume 15, at page 250 of <br />Certified Surveys. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 19 931 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
