ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2638 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of WESTPORT The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the R-1 and R -3A Residence I District the following described land: To R-1 Residence: Part of the I\E 1/4 &V 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Westport, described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 7; thence East 1675 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East 325 feet more or less; thence South, 400 feet more or less; thence West 325 feet more or less; thence North 400 feet more or less to the point of beginning. To R -3A Residence: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 7; thence East 1500 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East 250 feet more or less; thence South 400 feet more or less; thence West'250 feet more or less; thence North 400 feet more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be pre- pared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 60 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Certified Survey Map #3682, Document #1703523 recorded in Volume 15 on pages 96 on April 20, 1981. Thence continue N 89° 46' 21" E, 375.00 feet; thence S 00° 13' 39" E, 275.00 feet; thence S 89° 46' 21" W, 45.78 feet to a point on a curve, thence along the arc of a curve concaved Northwesterly having a radius of 60.00 feet and a long chord bearing S 27° 07' 19" W a distance of 55.13 feet; thence along the arc of a curve concaved Southeasterly having a radius of 66.00 feet and a long chord bearing S 26° 53' 45" W a distance of 61.10 feet to a point of tangency; thence S 00' 40' 46" E, 2280.69 feet; thence S 89° 40' 26" W, 66.00 feet; thence N 00° 40' 46" W, 2384.15 feet; thence S 89° 46' 21" W, 209.26 feet; thence N 00® 13' 39" W, 275.00 feet to the point of beginning.
