ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2703 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />IONx0111:T60110 <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be <br />amended to include i n the c-1 Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 Section 2 and SE 1/4 Section 3, Town of Montrose described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 2; thence N 89° 27' 42" <br />W 99.00 feet; thence N 00° 32' 18" E 62.68 feet; thence N 89° 27' 42" W 56.60 feet to <br />point "A" on a meander line; thence N 00° 35' 16" W 171.35 feet along the meander line; <br />thence N 08° 28' 17" E 659.43 feet along the meander line to point "B"; thence N 21° <br />24' 00" E 293.4 feet along the meander line; thence S 68° 00' 00" E 159.00 feet; thence <br />S 080 18' 34" E 949.44 feet; thence N 89° 27' 42" W 218.28 feet; thence S 00° 35' 16" E <br />165.00 feet; thence N 89° 27' 42" W 115.50 feet to the point of beginning. Together <br />with all meandered lands lying between the centerline of the Sugar River and the above <br />described meander line between said point "A" and "B". Contains 9.7 acres plus or <br />minus. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map w i 11 be <br />prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 60 <br />days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that <br />describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register <br />of Deeds. <br />Certified Survey Map #3736, Document #1712470, recorded in Volume 15 on page 189 of <br />Certified Survey Maps. <br />EFFECTIVE: July 13, 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
