ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2707 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DUNN <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be <br />amended to include in the Rx -1 Rural Homs District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the I\E 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Dunn, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 18; thence N 00° 55' E, 1326 feet <br />more or less along the West line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 18; thence N 88° 10' E, <br />1243 feet more or less along the South line of the N 1/2 of said Section 18; thence <br />N 00° 40' E, 66 feet more or less along the West line of the M 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Sec- <br />tion 18 to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing N 00° 40' E, , <br />66 feet more or less along said line; thence N 881 10' E, 183 feet more or less, thence <br />North, 90 feet more or less; thence N 88' 10' E, 193 feet more or less; thence N 04° <br />40' E, 142 feet more or less; thence N 88° 10' E, 376 feet more or less; thence S 05° <br />35' W, 300 feet more or less; thence S 88° 10' W, 735 feet more or less to the point of <br />beginning of this description. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br />prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 60 <br />days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map <br />that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Re- <br />gister of Deeds. <br />Certified Survey Map #3784, Document #1719172 as recorded in Volume 15 at pages 286, <br />287 and 288 in certified Surveys. <br />EFFECTIVE: SEP 11 1981 <br />
