ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2708 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />CHRISTIANA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Christiana, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 1, thence N 89° 52' 40" E, along the North <br />line of said Section 1, 403.05 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence <br />continue along said North line, N 89° 52' 40" E, 190.00 feet; thence S 00° 07' 20" E, <br />229.26 feet; thence S 89° 52' 40" W, 190.00 feet; thence N 00" 07' 20" W, 229.26 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br />This description•i:s intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br />prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 60 <br />days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that <br />describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of <br />Deeds. <br />DOCLNENl' #1726103, Certified Survey Map #3841 as recorded in Volume 16 at Page 23 of <br />Certified Survey Maps. <br />EFFECTIVE: NOV 3 it 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
