ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2709 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the NW 1/4 9V 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Fitchburg: Beginning at the West <br />quarter corner of said Section 5; thence N 880 18' 52" E, 199.91 feet; thence S 33° <br />14' 57" W, 369.94 feet; thence N 000 34' 04" E, 303.51 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 15 MI <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
