ZONING ORDINANCE AM6\EMEW N0. 2714 PIC' <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />l.l1LlRJ <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be <br />amended to include i n the C-2 Commercial D i s t r i c t <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Dunn, described as follows: Lot #2 <br />of Certified Survey Map #1615 as recorded in Volume 6 on Page 370 of Certified Sur- <br />veys. <br />This amendment shall become effective, if within forty (40) days, following adoption <br />by the Dane County Board of Supervisors the owner or owners of land shall record <br />the following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of <br />the land= <br />The premises may be used for all of the uses permitted in the C-1 Commercial District <br />of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and in addition the operation of an automobile <br />body repair shop. <br />EFFECTIVE: OCT 2.9 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
