ZONING ORDINANCE AW6NDNIEtNT N0. 2718 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />VERMONT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be <br />amended to include in the A-2 Agriculture District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the S 1/2 NE 1/4, and a part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4, all in Section 31, Town of <br />Vermont, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said Sec- <br />tion 31; thence S 00° 03' 48" E, 1174.31 feet along the section line; thence S 34° 02' <br />04" W 1480 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 56° W 660 feet; thence S 34° 45' <br />03" W 1772.29 feet; thence S 60° 53' 17" E 200 feet; thence N 71° 24' 12" E 291.75 feet; <br />thence N 50° 46' 24" E 603.78 feet; thence N 45° 02' 54" E 690.56 feet; thence N 34° 02' <br />04" E 267.48 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will he <br />prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment w i 11 become effective, if -within 60 <br />days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that <br />describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Danes County Register <br />of Deeds. <br />Document 81719844, Certified Survey Map #3791 as recorded in Volume 15 at Page 302. <br />EFFECTIVE= SEP 18 198f <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
