ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2719 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4, all in Section 30, Town of Rutland, de- <br />scribed as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 30; thence <br />S 870 20' 10" W, 33.00 feet; thence S 01° 51' 32" E, 592.31 feet; thence S 01° 03' 46" <br />E, 523.91 feet to the point of beginning. Thence S oil 03' 46" E, 577.25 feet; thence <br />S 670 34' 31" W, 75.74 feet; thence N 431 47' 13" W, 481.97 feet; thence on a curve to <br />the right of radius 3,719.72 feet whose long chord bears N 41" 25' 13" W, 307.21 feet; <br />thence N 87' 20' 10" E, 596.71 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG I s 1k <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
