ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2.733 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />VE RONA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be <br />amended to include in the Rx -1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 9V 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Verona, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 24; thence N 86° 11' 39" E, along <br />the North line of the %V 1/4 of said Section 24, 1300.9 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning, said point being the Northwest corner of the I\E 1/4 SV 1/4 of said Section 24 <br />and also the centerline of Whalen Road; thence continuing N 891 11' 39" E, along the <br />North line of said Section 24, 955 feet; thence S 02° 40' 44" E, 700 feet; thence <br />S 860 11' 39" W, 955 feet to the West line of the NE 1/4 5V 1/4; thence North along <br />said West line 700 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
