ZONING ORDINANCE ANENCMEW NO. 2838 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />VERCNA <br />The <br />Dane County Board of <br />Supervisors <br />does <br />ordain as follows: <br />That the <br />Zoning District Maps <br />of the Town <br />of <br />Verona <br />be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 & RH-3 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 1*,E 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Verona, described as follows: <br />TO RH-1: A part of the NW 1/4 I\E 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Verona, described <br />as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 10; thence <br />S 000 12' 55" W, 150.26 feet; thence S 89° 47' 05" E, 50.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence N 45° 21' 48" E, 165.00 feet; thence S 00° 30' 41" W, 116.98 <br />feet; thence S 89° 29' 19" E, 60.00 feet; thence N 00° 30' 41" E, 117.00 feet; <br />thence S 89° 29' 19" E, 387.53 feet; thence S 00° 12' 11" W, 606.07 feet; thence <br />N 890 30' 07" W, 564.63 feet; thence N 00° 12' 55" E, 489.20 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />TO RH-3: Comnencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 10; thence S 00° <br />12' 55" W, 150.26 feet; thence S 89° 47' 05" E, 50.00 feet; thence S 00° 12' 55" <br />W, 489.20 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 890 30' 07" E, 564.63 feet; <br />thence N 00° 12' 11" E, 606.07 feet; thence S 890 29' 19" E, 723.00 feet; thence <br />S 000 12' 11" W, 1285.90 feet; thence N 89° 30' 07" W, 1287.78 feet; thence N 00° <br />12' 55" E, 680.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This amendment w i 11 become effective, if within ninety (90) days following adop- <br />tion by the Dane County Board of Supervisors, a certified survey map that includes <br />the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of <br />Deeds and further that within ninety (90) days following adoption by the Dane <br />County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br />following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of <br />the land: <br />The only livestock permitted to be kept on the premises shall be pleasure horses <br />or. ponies. <br />Certified Survey Map #3951, recorded in Volume 3761 at Page 62 & 63 of Records, <br />Document #1748272.
