ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2843 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />CU RISTIANA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be <br />amended to include in the C-1 Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence West along the <br />North line 500 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 400 feet; thence <br />West parallel with said North line 260 feet; thence North 400 feet to said North <br />line, thence East along said North line to the point of beginning. <br />This amendment will become effective, if within sixty (60) days following adop- <br />tion by the Dane County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land <br />shall record the following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well <br />as the owners of the land: <br />The permitted uses on the premises shall be the operation of a machine shop and <br />in addition a single family residence upon approval of a condition use permit. <br />Document #1744724 <br />EFFECTIVE: July 2, 1982 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
