ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2846 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes & A-2 Agriculture District <br />the following described land: <br />A11 in part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21., Town of Rutland, PARCEL #1, TO <br />RH-1 RURAL 11OMES: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 21; <br />thence N 00° 09' 42" W, 1682.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 00° 09' <br />42" , 535.33 feet; thence N 87° 17' 10" E, 495.0 feet; thence S 02" 36' 32" w9, <br />535.0 feet; thence S 87° 01' 45' W, 447.75 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL <br />#2, TO A-2 AGRICULTURE: Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #3832 as recorded in <br />Volume 16, Pages 4, 5 & 6 of Certified Surveys. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for parcel 41 for approval and recording This amendment w i 11 <br />become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br />Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is re- <br />corded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />Document #1747957, Certified Survey Map #3950 as recorded in Volume 16 at Pages <br />215, 216, 217 and 218 of certified surveys. <br />NOTE: Lot #1 t o RH-1 Rural Homes <br />.
