ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2849 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg <br />amended to Include in the B-1 Local Business <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of Outlot 1 of the ?lat of Willow Run which is located in the NE 1/4 Section <br />6, To::n of Fitchburg, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner <br />of said Outlot -`l; thence N 60° 06' 15" W, along the Northeasterly edge of tdilliaris- <br />burg Y7av, 235.73 feet to the South est corner of said Outlot u1; thence Northeasterly <br />alongacurve to the left which has a radius of 167.00 feet and a chord which bears <br />N 74° 44' 27" E, 236.81 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence Northeas—erlyalong <br />a curve to the right which has a radius of 7835.50 feet and a chord which bears <br />N 290 50' 16" E, 68.87 feet; thence S 57° 38' 08" E, 66.05 feet to a start of curve; <br />thence Southwesterly along a curve to the left which has a radius of 7769.50 feet <br />and a chord which bears S 29" 12' 25" W, 233.94 feet to the point of beginning. <br />W <br />545-11 (2!78) <br />EFFECTIVE: JUN 12 1982 <br />
