ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2854 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />DUNKIRK <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the S.J 1/- _ 1 1/4 of Section 23, Tcr. n of Dunkirk, described as follows: <br />The gest 317 feet of the East 350 feet of the North 200 feet of said SJ 1/4 <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey nap <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded. This a ;encme_:t will become effec- <br />tive, if taithin 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors <br />a certified survey nap that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the <br />Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />Document #1750540, Certified Survey Map #3960, recorded in Volume 16 at Page 239 <br />of Certified Surveys. <br />
