ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2832 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BERRY <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />' Part of Lot P2 of Certified Survey Map #2695 that is located in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 <br />jof Section 17, Town of Berry, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast <br />j corner of said certified._survey_map #.269.5; thence S 87° 20' 16" W, 330.0 feet to <br />the point•of beginning-, thence N•Ol° 53' 33" W, 103.24 feet to the beginning of <br />a 109.81 foot radius curve-, thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve to <br />I the left, making a central angle of 740 06' 06" and a long chord of 132.33 feet <br />that bears N 38° 56' 36" W; thence a 75° 59' 39" N. 100.0 feet to the beginning of <br />a 245.7 foot radius curve-, thence Northwesterly, 60.04 feet along the arc of the <br />last curve to the left, making a central angle of 20" and a long chord of 59.89 <br />feet that bears N 82° 59' 39" W; thence N 89° 59' 39" W, 96.37 feet- thence S 12° <br />11' 14" W, 261.88 feet to the South line of said Lot #2; thence N 87° 20' 16" E, <br />395.14 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br />f within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified <br />survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the <br />Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />f <br />Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #3947 recorded as Document #1747061 in Volume <br />16 at Pages 207 and 208 of Certified Surveys. <br />f . <br />I <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />.
