ZONING ORDINANCE AM30VEVT N0. 2833 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />SPRINGHELD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be <br />amended to include in the A -R District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the NW 1/4 %V 1/4 <br />of Section 15, Town of <br />Springfield, described <br />as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner <br />of said Section 15; <br />thence <br />' South 1330 feet more or less <br />to the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 SW <br />1/4; <br />thence East along the South <br />line of said NW 1/4 W <br />1/4, 150 feet more <br />or less <br />to the point of beginning, thence continue East 350 <br />feet more or less, <br />thence <br />North 350 feet more or less; <br />thence West 350 feet more <br />or less; thence <br />South <br />350 feet more or less to the <br />point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified, survey <br />map w i l l be prepared f o r approval and recording. This amendment w i l l become <br />effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br />Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is <br />recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />The area to be rezoned is the East 290 feet of Lot #1 of Certified Survey <br />Nfap #3931 as recorded in Volume 16 at Page #173 of Certified Surveys. <br />EFFECTIVE: June 23, 1982 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
