U <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3024 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />PLEASANT SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of P1. Springs be <br />amended to include in the R-' --a District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the N£ 1/4 St 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br />follows: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 5; thence best, along <br />the North line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 5, 483.50 feet; thence S 11° 00' 00" <br />w, 237.95 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 540 08' W, 335.00 feet; thence <br />N 35° 52' G7, 183.OQ feet; thence N 54° 08' E, 40.00 feet; thence N 09° 24' E, 80,77 <br />feet; thence S 80° 36' E, 337.62 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
