t <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3026 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does -ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the N -W 1/4 1,7� 1/4 of Section 4, Torn of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br />Comnencing at the Northwest corner.of said Section 4; thence S 010 52' 39" W, <br />1209.37 feet along the West line of the N7W 1/4 of Section 4, thence East 160.00 <br />feet along, the centerline of Gaston Road; t:ience N 010 52' 39" E, 33.02 meet to Che <br />point of beginning; t:.er:ce continue N 016 52' 39" E, 240_.00 feet; thence Bast <br />160.0-3 feet; t:,ence 'S 01° 52' 39 240.00 feet; .thence West 160. VC feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
