ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 3042 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BLUE MOUNDS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the Std 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 6, To�•m of Blue *founds described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest cornerofs aid Section 8; thence S 030 32' 39" E,, <br />1374.14 feet along the :;est line of said NW 1/4 to the centerline of USH 18-151, <br />and the point of beginning; thence Easterly 456.84 feet along the arc of a curve, <br />said centerline concaved Northerly, having a radius of 1910.1 feet and whose long <br />chord Sears S 85° 21' 59" E, 455.75 feet; thence S 050 IS' 56" E, 287.36 feet; <br />thence S 710 34' 34" i4, 223.27 feet; thence West, 265.32 feet to said West line, <br />thence N 00° 32' 39" W, 393.52 feet alongsaidih'est lire to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey nap <br />will be prepared for ar,?roval and recorded.
