3017 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. <br />` Amending Section 10.03 relating to 7oninq Districts in the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />j The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />i <br />j the following described land: <br />j Part of the S 1/2 SW 1/4 of. section 7, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br />Commencing at the South quarter comer of said Section 7; thence N 001 47' 51" W, <br />1001.60 feet along the East line of said SV 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence <br />S 850 32' 10" W, 250.00 feet; thence N 00° 47' 51" W, 320.50 feet to the North line <br />= of the said S 1/2 SV 1/4; thence M RS° 32' 10" E, 250.00 feet along the said North <br />line to the East line of said SW 1/4- thence S 00° 47' 51" E, 320.50 feet along <br />j the East line of said &V 1/4 to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUNL � 1983 <br />
