ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3052 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />WINDSOR <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be <br />amended to include in the R-4 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br />Lots 1 & 2 Certified Survey Nlap #2502 recorded in Volume 10 Pages 39 and 40 <br />Register of Deeds <br />This amendment w i 1 1 be effective, i f within 60 days of its adoption by the Dane <br />County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br />following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of <br />the land: <br />Maximum density shall not exceed two, 4 -unit condominiums. <br />EF EC IVE: SEP 2 3 1933 <br />
