ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 3060 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />ALBION <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be <br />amended to include in the RE -1 Recreational District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the 1*,E 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 21 Town of Albion, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 21; thence N 890 49' W along <br />the North line of said Section 21; 1329 feet; thence S 45° 21' W 550 feet to the <br />centerline of Albion Road; thence S 39° 09' E along said centerline 1043.5 feet more <br />or less to the point of beginning; thence N 511 11' E 391 more or less feet; <br />thence N 39° 31' W, 74 more or less feet; thence N 53° 26' E, 450 feet; thence <br />N 39" 09' W 500 feet; thence S 53" 26' W 470 feet; thence S 39° 09' E 345 feet <br />thence Southwesterly to the centerline of Albion Road at a point 1273.9 more or <br />less feet Southeast of the North line of said Section 21; thence southeasterly <br />to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 13 In -V) <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
