IONING ORDINANCE AMCNDMENT NO, 3070 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />DUNN <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be <br />amended to include in the Rif -]Rural Homes & LC -1 Limited District <br />the following described land: Commercial <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Dunn described as follows: 'TO LC -1: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 33; thence N 89" 12' 00" W along the <br />South line of said Section 33 and the centerline of Rutland -Dunn Town Line Road; 2297 <br />feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence N 01* 25' 00" E, 224 feet more or <br />less; thence S 89° 12' 00" E along a line parallel to the South line of said Section 33, <br />130 feet more or less; thence S 00° 18' 20" W along a line parallel to the West line of <br />the E 1/2 SE 1/4 of said Section 33, 224 feet more or less to the centerline of Rutland - <br />Dunn Town Lincs Road; thonco N €390 12' 00" W, 190 feet to the point: of beginning. <br />TO R11-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 33, thence N 89° 12' 00" <br />W along the South line of said Section 33 and the centerline of Rutland -Dunn Town Line <br />Road, 2107 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence N Ol° 25' 00" E, 224 <br />feet more or less to a line parallel to the South line of said Section 33; thence S 890 <br />12' 00" E, along a line parallel to the South line of said Section 33, 783 feet more or <br />lesstothe West line of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 33; thence S 00° 18' 20" <br />W along said West line 224 feet more or less, to the centerline of Rutland -Dunn Town <br />Line Road; thence Pd 89° 12' 00" W alonga line parallel to said South line of Section 33, <br />783 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey nap will be <br />prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 30 <br />days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that <br />describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register <br />of Deeds. <br />D.E.D.
