70NING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO, 3072 <br />Amendinq Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town 0 f . <br />ft RUTLAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to Include i n the RH-3 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 16, Towr. of Rutland described as follows: <br />Commencing at the .vest quarter corner of said Section 16; thence East -13C3.00 <br />feet, more or less; thence South 33.00 feet to the South line of CTB "A" and <br />the point of beginning; thence South 695.00 feet, more or less; thence East 845.00 <br />feet, more or less; to the Southwesterly line of CTE "A"; thence Northwesterly <br />along the Southwesterly line of said highway 1030.00 feet, more or less, to the <br />point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe lanai for which a certified survey nap <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded.
