3020 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BRISTOL <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be <br />amended to include in the B-1 Local Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4.'NW 1/4of Section 12, Town of Bristol described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 12; thence N 86° 49' 28" E <br />310.00 feet along the North line of Section 12; thence S 02" 50' 41" E, 304.50 <br />feet; thence S 86° 49' 28" W, 310.00 feet to the West line of Section. 12; thence <br />N 020 50' 41" W, 304.50 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded.
