0 <br />ZONING•ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 3094 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />_t SUN PRAIRIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be <br />amended to include in the A-2 Agriculture District <br />the following described land - <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SY 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Sun Prairie, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 10, thence S 02° 38' W, 302.00 <br />feet along the West line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 10; thence S 89' 54' E, 828.05 <br />feet; thence N 31' 54' W, 140.75 feet; thence N 05° 54' W, 183.35 feet to the East- <br />West quarter line of Section 10, thence N 89' 54' W, 720.95 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
