ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3097 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />ROXBURY <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of _ Roxbury be <br />amended to include in the t`N��<raw•04z � District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the W 1/2 of Section 20, Town of Roxbury described as follows: TO RHI -4: <br />The North 917.92 feet more or less of the NW 1/4 &V 1/4 Section 20; also that <br />part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 20 lying South of UH 12; also beginning <br />214.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4 SJV 1/4, of Section 20, thence <br />West 214.5 feet thence South 792 feet, thence Northeasterly 820.87 feet to the point <br />of beginning. TO R-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 20; <br />thence S 00° 13' 02" E along the West line of said SJV 1/4, 917.92 feet to the point <br />of beginning; thence continuing S 00° 13' 02" E along said West line 208.71 feet; <br />thence N 89° 39' 35" E, 205.60 feet; thence N 00° 20' 25" W, 208.78 feet; thence S 89° <br />38' 21" W, 205.15 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
