ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 3o99 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DEE RFIELD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be <br />amended to Include in the RH_9. R„rnl unmPs District <br />the following described land: <br />part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br />Beginning at the North quarter corner of Section 29; thence South 1500 -feet along <br />the North-South quarter line-, thence West 450 feet; thence North 550 feet; thence <br />East 350 feet; thence North 950 feet parallel to and 100 feet from the North-South <br />quarter line-, thence East 100 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, <br />if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certi- <br />fied survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office <br />of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />CSM #4221 - Document #1807315 - Volume 18, Page 43 - 11/31/83. <br />EFFECTIVE: OCT 3 1 1983 <br />
