ZONING ORDINANCE AM C N 0 M L Nr NU, <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />..11.'1 AtiArl�r� 'O'll1 N�:1 <br />The Dane County Uomrd of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pieasanl: be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Couimcrci.al District <br />the following described land: <br />P,1et ul. Lho NW ]/1 i,l; 1/-1 Of :;1-!(Aic,11 9, 'l'oW11 of llleasanL Springs, dcscribcd as <br />follows: hot 111 Corti f.ir,d Survey Map 113700 as recorded in Volume 15 Page 128 <br />of Dane County I:cgi.stor of Deeds. Also, the West 300 feet of said NW 1/4 SE 1/4 <br />lying East and South of said certified survey map 3700. <br />This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the County Board <br />of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br />running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br />Permitted uses of the above described property shall be limited to the following: <br />l).
