ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 3107 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CHRISTIANA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be <br />amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 &V 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br />Lot #3 Certified Survey Map #2712 as recorded in Volume 10 Page 380 Register of <br />Deeds. <br />This amendment will be effective, if within 60 daysofits adoption by the County <br />Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br />restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br />The maximum numb eroflivestock, pleasure horses or poultry allowed to be kept on <br />said property shall not exceed two (2) animal units as defined by the Dane County <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />EFFECTIVE= JAN 31984 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
